Additional Information: The consignor, a longtime collector of Novoa's work, shared with us a conversation they had with the artist about the rarity of his multipanel screens: "I was fortunate to meet the artist last year at his exhibition at the gallery [Wally Findlay Galleries, Palm Beach, Florida, "50 Years of Exclusive Artist Representation"; 2021] and he said he painted very few screens because they were so hard to do." Provenance: Wally Findlay Galleries, Palm Beach, Florida, purchased mid-1970s.
