Additional Information: Sounding sculpture has forty-one rods with cat-tail tops. Lot is accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity issued by Bertoia Studios along with the original purchase letter from The J.L. Hudson Gallery, Detroit, Michigan, dated 10.19.1973 and Cranbrook Art Museum flyers for exhibitions in 1980 and 2001. Provenance: Collection of Drs. Joan & Bernard Chodorkoff, the major part of whose collection is on permanent exhibition at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.
