Additional Information: June Newton (Australian, b. 1923) is a model, actress and photographer (the latter under the pseudonym Alice Springs). She and Helmut Newton married in 1948. Provenance: Artist | Collection of Georges Boisgontier, France | Private Collection, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France. French sculptor Georges Boisgontier, best known for his collaborative chess set with Arman, was friends with Helmut Newton during his time in Monte Carlo, and received these prints (lots 317 and 318) as gifts, which he then gave to his wife.
