Lot is comprised of a handwritten letter from Boston, Massachusetts area organized crime boss James "Whitey" Bulger in envelope postmarked March 27, 2015, along with a photo card with personal note dated May 2015. The photo card depicts Clarence Carnes, aka "The Choctaw Kid." Provenance: Former business associate of Mr. Bulger's.
