Additional Information: Katherine Winckler (alternately, Winkler) was an art professor at Michigan State University and one of the co-op of eight university faculty members who commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to design a community for them. Built in the 1939/1940 in Okemos, Michigan, the Goetsch-Winckler House is part of the National Register of Historic Places and one of few early Usonian houses which saw completion.
