Additional Information: Custom dining table was commissioned by the consignor in 1990 through Snyderman Gallery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was featured in Museum & Arts Washington March/April 1990 and Sculpture Magazine July/August 1990. The buffet/cabinet offered as the preceding lot is of the same provenance. In any medium, Randy Shull's work is highly textured, with many layers of brilliant colors and symbology. Many of his works are a hybrid of painting and furniture. In 2014, Randy Shull was selected to redesign of Black Mountain College + Arts Center in Asheville, North Carolina. Provenance: Private Collection, Coral Gables, Florida.
