Work is titled FESTIVAL MONDIAL POUR LA PAIX (Festival for World Peace). Pablo Picasso was very involved in the peace movement after World War II and donated this artwork from which this silkscreen was produced to the movement to raise funds. Provenance: Estate of Samuel L. Scher, M.D, Florida.
