This lot consists of two Family Dog Productions concert posters for shows held at Avalon Ballroom, San Francisco, California. a) The Doors and The Sparrow performing May 12-13, 1967, with art by Victor Moscoso. This poster is #61-1 in the series. b) "The Dance of the Five Moons" concert featuring Country Joe & The Fish, The Sparrow and The Kaleidoscope performing February 3-4, 1967. This poster is #46-1 in the series. Provenance: The posters, along with several others of the same origin offered in this sale, were part of a Frankfurt, Germany estate, where they were stored for approximately fifty years.
