Erika Chapman is a West Palm Beach artist known for her expressive animal portraits, particularly cats, and her work with and for feline rescue operations. Her work under the name "The Sandwich Cats" (ig: @the_sandwich_cats) can be found in collections across the U.S. and internationally, including Australia, Canada, Colombia, Germany, Ireland, Japan and The Netherlands.
