Additional Information: Lithograph has screen-printed text by contemporary poet Mei-mei Berssenbrugge, Tuttle's wife and frequent collaborator. The Poetry Project's 20th Year Symposium in May 1987 was highly successful and became a regular semi-annual celebration/fundraiser for the New York City-based organization. The symposium featured publicity images by artists including Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, Kim MacConnel and Richard Tuttle, with limited edition prints produced by Brooke Alexander Gallery to benefit the Project.
